It’s important to know that during any treatment, my role is to assist you — but the true progress comes from your own willingness and effort. To help us achieve the best possible results, please keep in mind the following:

During the last hour before your session, please avoid eating, unless it’s something very light.

Your clothing should be comfortable and loose, or you can bring a change with you.

During your acupuncture session, you will be alone in the treatment room, without children or companions, so that your body can fully relax and allow the process of self-healing to begin.

Please ensure your mobile phone is set to silent mode.

Each session lasts approximately 60 minutes. In the event that the session exceeds this time due to your own delay, the cost will be adjusted accordingly.

For the best therapeutic outcome, in addition to needles, moxa or cupping may also be used — always following prior discussion and your consent. The maximum duration of any session may be up to 70 minutes.

Treatments are usually recommended twice per week on a continuous basis. Once-weekly sessions are typically introduced at a later stage, depending on the nature of the condition.

Please remember that all of the above guidelines are in place to ensure your comfort and the best possible therapeutic result.

Appointment Cancellations
Appointments may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance (working days). For late cancellations or missed appointments, the full session fee is required before your next visit, payable via IRIS or Web Banking.
