Born in the Peloponnese and with my educational beginnings in the United States, I completed my studies in Athens, where my professional career began. For more than 15 years I worked in the business sector, gaining extensive experience in a multinational environment. In particular, during my tenure in the Human Resources Department, I had the opportunity to collaborate with many people and to deepen my understanding of the needs and challenges individuals face in both the modern workplace and family life.

This experience prompted a more substantial shift toward understanding the person and their inner balance. Following this path, I specialized in reflexology, attending intensive training programs with Greek and international instructors. Through extensive practical experience, I developed strong skills and significant expertise in the field.

However, the growing need for more targeted solutions to issues such as chronic stress and psychosomatic problems, and the cases that did not respond sufficiently to reflexology, led me to broaden my knowledge and therapeutic approaches.

In search of more effective and deeper tools, I turned to acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), fields in which I continue to develop to this day, with the aim of offering a holistic approach to the physical and psychological imbalances of modern life.
